13 Feb Celebrating the 25th anniversary of “Betlejem”
This year our community is celebrating our Silver Jubilee!
On February 14, 1996, Father Mirek met with a few friends at the building of an old, abandoned school in Dąbrowa Narodowa. That day they decided to create a home for the homeless and the poor. It was 25 years ago! Next Sunday, at the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Jaworzno-Osiedle Stale together with you we want to thank God for this blessed time and collecting “nets full of fish”.
We invite you to a Mass at 3 p.m. which will be celebrated by Bishop Grzegorz Kaszak. In the Jubilee Year we have planned several events about which we will inform you in the near future.
Renovation of a new house
Our second house at Długa 12, which we are currently renovating and expanding, will meet the needs of our residents and poor people but also the needs of the community that appreciates the value of the meeting, architecture, film and art and the taste of delicious coffee and tea.
